Groups will meet once a week at the time and date specified. The workshop is conducted on Zoom and will last for approximately 90 minutes. Each session is designed to be interactive with a balance between instruction, facilitation and interaction with other group members.
I am so glad you asked. There are a couple of videos to watch, an online assessment to complete and yes, some homework to do in preparation. To maximize your preparation time I recommend signing up at least 1 month prior to the group's start so that you have plenty of time to complete the preparation.
The Intrepid women group is open to women over the age of 18.
Any member of the LGBTQIA+ community over the age of 18 is welcome to join this group.
The short answer is not at this time, however if there is demand for a men's only group I am more than willing to host one. Please email me if you are interested.
Once you register for the group you will receive instructions for joining the private Facebook group. The group is exclusive for people who are enrolled on the same workshop series as you, but not limited to only your group. Every Facebook group member will be going through the same workshop as you, but may be on a different schedule. The group is designed to allow members to support each other through their journey, connect with like minded people and form enduring relationships.
Unfortunately I have not find an alternative to Facebook that allows members to maintain privacy. If you know of a solution I am always happy to take suggestions.

This is a great article that explains the difference. https://www.oprahdaily.com/life/relationships-love/a29465193/what-is-a-life-coach/
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practise. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
