Each session will include tailored exercises for you to complete before the next, ensuring continuous growth and discovery throughout our work together. Sessions will be scheduled to give you ample time to complete your personal assignments. If you need support between sessions, you're welcome to reach out via email or text, and I will respond within 24 hours. This ensures you feel supported throughout your journey, even between our scheduled sessions.
